One of the characters for my MFA thesis project. Of the two dark fantasy characters I created I feel this one was more successful. I wanted an imposing creature with some fun contrasts between materials and shapes. Old, mistreated metal armor and bone accents with a cooler unnatural skin tone.
If I were to revisit that character, I’d like to improve the corrosion on the metal armor to be more subdued as well as creating a more gradual transition between the fur alpha meshes and the bare skin, especially on the face.
